1-    First, samples will be examined based on submission rules, their characteristics as well as license accuracy
2-    in appropriate condition, samples are taken and a receipt will be presented to the client and admission code will be installed
3-    Code and data relating to samples as well as requested tests will be recorded in the laboratory automation software system and aforementioned data will be referred to the relevant sections
4-    Samples are recorded in the registration forms related to each segment and along with the samples will be sent there. the form will be signed by the transferee
5-    Control samples are transferred to the warehouse for dry or cold products. So if necessary will be sent to the requesting unit
