• Establishing and providing access to the electronic library resources

• Renovation of library equipment

• Launching and upgrading research and tests systems

• Upgrading educational and research servers

• Upgrading the servers of research-based faculty members and research units

• Scientific empowerment of researchers, faculty members, students and staff (https://workshop.goums.ac.ir/)

• Responsible for publication of books authored by university scholars

• Carrying out workshops and empowerment programs including virtual training courses
