fa ارزیابی صحت، دقت و توافق چهار کیت آزمایشگاهی اندازه گیری گلوکز با روش مرجع Evaluation of accuracy, precision and consensus of four laboratory glucose measurement kits with reference method تحقيقي Original Paper <div> چکیده          زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تغییرات جدید در معیارهای تشخیص دیابت، هماهنگ سازی نتایج بدست آمده از روش ها و دستگاه های مختلف، با در نظر گرفتن دقت و صحت آنها ضرورت می یابد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی صحت، دقت و توافق برخی کیتهای مرسوم آزمایشگاهی اندازه گیری قند خون در مقایسه با یک کیت دارای روش مرجع(هگزوکیناز) می بود.        روش بررسی:38 فرد دیابتی با قند خون ناشتای FBS≥mg/dl126، 9 فرد پره دیابتی(mg/dl100-125FBS:)، 15 فرد غیردیابتی(mg/dl100-60:FBS) و 9 فرد هیپوگلیسمی(60FBS≤) انتخاب و میزان قند خون آنها با چهار کیت مرسوم آزمایشگاهی گلوکز اکسیداز با آنالایزر سیستم باز BT3000 وکیت Roche با روش مرجع هگزوکیناز با دستگاه دارای سیستم بسته COBAS INTEGRA® 400 plus اندازه گیری و مقایسه شد. صحت، دقت و با کیت های گلوکز اکسیداز با یکدیگر و در مقایسه با روش مرجع هگزوکیناز ارزیابی شد.          یافته ها:ضریب همبستگی بالای99/0 توافق بسیار خوب چهار کیت مرسوم با روش مرجع را نشان داد. آنالیزهای رگرسیون بین روشها شیب خط 114/1:پارس آزمون، شیب خط 105/1:بیونیک، شیب خط 121/1:Elitech و برای کیت Human شیب خط 087/1 را نشان داد(05/0P<). میانگین خطا برای کیت های پارس آزمون:79/12، بیونیک:86/10، Elitech:58/12 و Human:46/8 بود. محاسبه CVبرای دو کیت بیونیک و Human دقت کمتر آنها را نشان داد.         نتیجه گیری:مقادیر خطای معیارتقریبا یکسان، انحراف از میانگین و آنالیزهای رگرسیون برای چهار کیت نشان داد که میزان دقت آنها با هم برابر است امادر مقایسه با کیت مرجع هگزوکیناز صحت ندارند.          واژه های کلیدی: قند خون، گلوکزاکسیداز، هگزوکیناز، روش، توافق </div> <div> Abstract </div> <div>         Background and Objective: According to recent changes in diagnostic criteria for diabetes, the harmonization of results obtained from various methods and systems by considering their accuracy and precision is essential. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy, precision and consensus of some routine laboratory glucose kits in comparison with Hexokinase reference method. </div> <div>        </div> <div>            Material and Methods: The participants were 38 diabetic patients with fasting blood sugar (FBS) ≥126 mg/dl, nine prediabetic patients with FBS of 100-125 mg/dl, 15 non-diabetic people with FBS of 60-100 mg/dl and 9 hypoglycemic patients with FBS of ≤60 mg/dl. Their FBS were measured by four routine laboratory glucose kits:    Glucose oxidase on BT3000 analyzer with an open system and Hexokinase reference method on a close system (COBAS INTEGRA®400plus analyzer, Roche kit). Accuracy and precision were determined and compared with reference method. </div> <div> </div> <div>          Results: Glucose oxidase methods showed a good agreement with the reference method, in Correlation Coefficient>0.99. based on  regression analysis, the  slope of 1.114 for Pars Azmoon, 1.105 for Bionik, 1.121 for Elitech and 1.087 for Human were reported (P<0.05). Error of the mean for ParsAzmoon was 12.79, for Bionik 10.86, for Elitech 12.58 and for Human were 8.46.
