Operational plan for the year 1994 of the Nursing Research Center
Philosophy, values and beliefs:
We believe that the centrality of nursing work is based on human beings, that is, all-round beings. Human beings are the most valuable beings whose health is the priority of the country's health system, and achieving the best, most efficient and safest health services will not be possible without fundamental and applied research. Was.
We believe in team thinking and interdisciplinary cooperation in the implementation of research, and we believe and commit to our customers, who are people, organizations, and healthcare centers.
- We believe that in order to identify and solve existing problems and challenges in the profession, it is necessary to conduct basic and applied research, which ultimately leads to the development of nursing knowledge.
- We believe that the members of the research center are obliged to present the results of nursing researchers to the country and the world in addition to conducting research by publishing the results in reputable scientific research journals and participating in domestic conferences.
- We believe that participation in conducting interdisciplinary research with other domestic and foreign scientific communities is valuable and this type of participation leads to the exchange, development and expansion of professional knowledge.
Since in nursing research, data collection and production is often based on human samples, we always put research ethics and respect for participants' rights at the forefront of our work.

An innovative nursing research center in the field of nursing research should be established with the aim of promoting strategic performance, which will be realized through evidence-based performance at the national and international level as a credible research center.
Prophecy:
The Nursing Research Center of Golestan University of Medical Sciences is responsible for the following missions:
* Development of knowledge in different fields of nursing
* Recognizing and strengthening the motivations and research capabilities of nurses
* Introducing the fields of application of nursing research results and dissemination of results at the national and international level
* Providing the necessary research-based evidence for planning and coordination between education and the bedside
* Development of evidence-based nursing knowledge in order to improve the quality of nursing services
* Supporting researchers, encouraging and strengthening inter-professional and inter-sectoral cooperation in the health system in order to respond to the needs of the Islamic society
Targets
CR1 - Development and application of new knowledge in providing optimal care and patient safety by conducting research in nursing
CR2 - Determining nursing educational, management and care standards in order to promote the profession and the health of society
CR3 - Publication of the results of research conducted in various fields of nursing
CR4 - Using nursing research results in education and care with an emphasis on evidence-based nursing
CR5 - Development of inter-professional and inter-sectoral cooperation in the direction of reforming the country's healthcare service delivery system
