JBJ, as a journal publishing all types of clinical studies including clinical trials, strongly suggests that these types of studies to be registered prospectively, before participants are enrolled. 
The registration number in each registering repository (such as WHO registery network, ClinicalTrials.gov or IRCT) should be available upon submission to assure the editorial members and reviewers about prospery of CT registration.
